Delivered by Aramex Store to Door All DeskCare orders are shipped via Aramex Store to Door — delivered directly to your address anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed and handed to Aramex for delivery. Please allow the following timeframes:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within South Africa. Remote and rural areas may experience longer delivery windows. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free delivery on orders over R500 All orders totalling R500 or more qualify for free standard delivery via Aramex Store to Door.
  • Standard shipping rate for orders under R500 A flat shipping fee applies to orders below R500. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Aramex tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Order confirmed You receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Order processed and dispatched Your order is packed and handed to Aramex within 1–2 business days. You receive a dispatch email with your tracking number.

Track your delivery Use your Aramex tracking number at aramex.com or via the Aramex app to follow your parcel to your door.

Delivered to your door Aramex Store to Door delivers directly to the address provided at checkout. Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Delivery Delays

We make every effort to ensure your order is dispatched promptly. However, once your order has been handed to Aramex, delivery is subject to their operational timelines and circumstances outside of our control.

Limitation of liability for delivery delays

DeskCare shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery once an order has been dispatched and is in the possession of Aramex. This includes delays caused by high parcel volumes, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, load shedding, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

If your order has not arrived within 19 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will follow up with Aramex on your behalf.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. DeskCare is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@deskcare.co.za. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been handed to Aramex.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check with neighbours and building reception Aramex may have left the parcel with a neighbour or building manager if you were unavailable.
  • Contact Aramex directly with your tracking number Aramex can investigate the delivery status and provide proof of delivery where available.
  • Contact DeskCare if the issue is unresolved Email us at support@deskcare.co.za and we will assist in raising a formal investigation with Aramex.
