15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Try any DeskCare product for 15 days. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us and we'll sort it out — no hassle, no complicated processes.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions. We've kept this simple and fair.

  • Within 15 days of delivery Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of your delivery date.
  • Unused or defective items Items must be unused and in their original packaging, or defective upon arrival.
  • Proof of purchase required Please include your order number or confirmation email when submitting a return request.
  • No returns after 15 days We're unable to accept return requests submitted more than 15 days after delivery.
  • No returns on heavily used items Items showing significant signs of use beyond normal trial are not eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

The process is straightforward. Follow these steps and we'll handle the rest.

Contact us first Email us at support@deskcare.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first.

Receive return authorisation We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorisation number.

Package and ship the item Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. Include your order number inside the parcel. Ship to the address we provide.

Refund processed Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes:

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either a full refund or a free replacement — your choice.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order once the refund is processed.

If your item arrived defective or damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge — no need to return and reorder.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number Found in your confirmation email.
  • Clear photos of the damage Show the defect or damage clearly so we can assess and resolve quickly.
  • Brief description of the issue Tell us what's wrong and we'll get it sorted as quickly as possible.
